Each morning started with a delightful breakfast spread that energized my busy days. The staff made sure the coffee was always fresh, and their friendliness was a highlight.

The gym facilities were disappointing and the rooms lacked sound insulation. I could easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms, which disrupted my peace at night.

Unfortunately, I encountered cleanliness issues. my room wasn't consistently cleaned, and public areas lacked proper sanitation.

great spot for steak lovers

I really liked the location next to a mall with a food court packed with steak joints. Breakfast was solid with fresh options. My room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and comfy towels. Plus, there’s a fitness center for a nice workout. Pretty clean and modern room overall.

Next to a mall which is super convenient. Rooms feel small and the TV is surprisingly tiny. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel overall. Would appreciate more seating in common areas.

The stay was great with a fantastic food court right next door, perfect for steak lovers like us! We enjoyed relaxing by the sun terrace and chillin' in the lush garden area. Just a heads up, the gym could use some improvement, but it didn’t take away from our awesome experience overall. 😊

We had a fun family trip to the Wet' n Wild water park, just an 18-minute drive from the hotel. The spacious room fit us all well, and having a food court next door was super convenient for meals, especially with young kids who are always hungry!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options in the food court.

The Standard Apartment with a double bed features a cozy layout, perfect for solo adventurers. The Wi-Fi connection remains solid throughout the hotel, making it great for planning your next move or binge-watching old holovids.

The room felt on the smaller side, crammed for any solo traveler who enjoys their space. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, leading to sticky nights. Sound insulation isn't great—you can hear murmurs from the neighboring rooms, which can be distracting during a late-night strategy session. Additionally, the gym equipment could use an upgrade. it’s barely enough for a proper workout. I also found it a bit annoying that the hotel charges for parking despite having a lot available. In my last days, my room key card kept getting blocked prematurely, which added a layer of frustration to an otherwise manageable stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the modern decor and cleanliness of Ibis Jundiai Shopping. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, making my stay more comfortable. The easy accessibility from the main roads was very convenient for me.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

The location near a shopping mall is a total win! Loved the 24-hour bar for late-night snacks. Super clean, pleasant stay. The gym, while small, was neat and usable. Definitely recommended for easy access to dining and shopping.

Comfortable stay, convenient amenities, with excellent luggage storage options and a lovely breakfast to start your day. It's next door to a mall featuring a great variety of steak restaurants.

the ibis had a great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars, perfect for food choices. breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options. the pizza bar was a nice touch too. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
